Judy’s Art Studio
The Museum is pleased to host Judith Murray Smith’s art classes. Judy’s art classes emphasize a supportive work environment and a love of art. For more information or to register, contact Judy at (781) 344-004 or (508) 941-2369 or at http://artlessonswithmrssmith.weebly.com
First time students complete a series of drawings designed to transition from black-and-white contour drawing to pencil shading to working with pastels and acrylics. Repeat students are encouraged to explore using acrylics on canvas. Students are guided at their individual level in this “working atmosphere” that revolves around each person’s love of art. Older students interested in pursuing careers in art are provided portfolio guidance. Proper “art openings” are held to show off students’ works of art.
